614 Carpet, Paint, And More was born out of a passion for home improvement and doing things right by Greg Gleaves. His first steps into remodeling were a complete renovation of a 2,000 SF home in Dublin, Ohio. From that experience, he learned the intricacy of managing a construction project, from demo, to framing, installing cabinets/trim/etc, and hiring sub-contractors.

That experience would lead to a total 4 personal home renovations in Dublin and Upper Arlington. It continued on to investment properties including a condo flip that was a total remodel. Totaling renovations on 7 personally owned properties over the years.

Eventually, other people started asking for help on their homes, of which Greg was happy to oblige. This demand ultimately lead to the formalization of Gleaves Remodeling. Greg tackles every project like it is his own home, and works with fellow professionals and sub-contractors sharing and teaching that same expectation to them.

Outside of remodeling, Greg runs a successful Real Estate team in Central Ohio. He also enjoys to spend time with his wife and two kids and occasionally picking up the guitar when he can.
